The CAM Construction team is growing and we are seeking a Bookkeeper/ Office Manager to work in our Houston office.
The ideal candidate is a positive, self-starter and team player with extensive QuickBooks and Excel knowledge and strong organizational and communication skills.
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Answering phones
- Entering vendor invoices into QuickBooks
- Preparing checks and lien waivers
- Managing credit card and bank reconciliation
- Managing contacts
- Working with the IT team
- Executing miscellaneous secretarial and office management duties
